北九州市国際友好記念図書館 Kitakyushu International Commemorative Library

ロシアによって戦前に大連に建てられた東清鉄道汽船会社事務所のレプリカ。大連との友好都市協約締結15周年を記念して建てられた。 The replica of East-Qing Rail & Ship Co. built in Dalian by Russia before WW2. It was newly built here as the memorial building for 15 years aniversary of friendship agreement with Dalian City.
